30-Day No-Question-Asked Return

Jewelrybene® stands behind the quality of every stainless steel jewelry piece we sell. If you change your mind within 30 days of receipt, simply return the item(s) and we will issue a full refund for you.

Note: We currently support refunds via Paypal and Payoneer.

Free Return Shipping Coverage

Jewelrybene will cover the return shipping costs in the following specific cases:

(I) Manufacturing Defect

If the received item is found to have a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken clasps, surface irregularities, or structural flaws). We will evaluate the item upon contact to confirm the defect.

* Please note: We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or incorrect handling by the user.

(II) Item Not As Described

If the item received differs significantly from the parameters or detailed description listed on our website.

  • Due to photography lighting and screen settings, slight color variations may occur.
  • Images may be enlarged to show detail. Since our stainless steel products are valued for their precision and durability, please double-check the actual size specifications provided.

Shipment Issues

If you haven’t received your package within the estimated delivery timeframe, please email our Support Center at service@jewelrybene.com.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We will investigate the tracking status and offer a solution (reshipment or refund) as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable Cases

The following cases are not applicable for a refund or free return:

  • Items damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance (e.g., deep scratches from hard impacts).
  • Chemical Exposure: Jewelrybene stainless steel features excellent waterproof performance and strong anti-tarnish properties. Still, contact with harsh industrial chemicals or highly corrosive substances may damage its surface finish and PVD plating.
  • Normal Wear: Gradual fading of PVD plating (e.g., 18K Gold plating) over an extended period of normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Important: Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition. If the original packaging is missing, please use a sturdy box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

Our finance team will process the refund within 3 working days after the return information is confirmed.
