At Jewelrybene, we believe in straightforward business. All wholesale prices are clearly displayed on each product page. There are no hidden membership levels or "locked" prices.

• Volume Transparency: The prices reflect our direct factory manufacturing costs.
• Bulk Re-quote: If you are placing a large order exceeding $1,500 USD for a single style/size/color, please contact us. We can often provide a special quote due to the cost-savings of mass production.

Order Fulfillment & Production

Our goal is to get your products ready as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

• In-Stock Items: Shipped within 2 business days after payment is cleared.
• Out-of-Stock/Regular Items: Usually require 7 - 15 business days for manufacturing and processing.
• Quality Control: Every piece of stainless steel jewelry undergoes a strict inspection process to ensure the surface finish and durability meet our standards.

Shipping & Insurance

We ship worldwide using premium express couriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight of your package.

Order Process

1. Place Order: Add items to your cart on Jewelrybene.com and complete checkout.
2. Preparation: We prepare your package (2 days for stock, 7-15 days for production).
3. Documentation: We prepare the Customs Declaration and Purchase Invoice.
4. Customs: Your package is checked by Customs in your country. Taxes/duties are levied based on the declaration value.
5. Delivery: The carrier delivers the package to your specified address.

Taxes & Duties

Please be advised of the following regarding international trade:

• Buyer Responsibility: Any import taxes, VAT, or customs fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Tax ID: If you are a registered business, please provide your Tax ID/VAT/EORI during checkout to ensure smooth customs clearance and avoid unnecessary delays.
• Transaction Fees: Some couriers (like DHL in certain regions) may charge a small administrative fee for customs processing. This is independent of Jewelrybene.
